THIS MAY BE PARTNER WORKOUTS, ISOMETRICS, SELF-RESISTANCE, CHALLENGES ETC.

THEN WE LEARN THE MARTIAL ARTS TECHNIQUES, AS A GROUP, EVERYONE HELPS EVERYONE. WE COVER A PARTICULAR 'TOPIC' EACH WEEK; WHICH HAS EASY, INTERMIDIATE AND ADVANCED TECHNIQUES - SO NO MATTER WHAT YOUR SKILL / EXPERIENCE THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING TO LEARN.

BEFORE THE END OF THE SESSION WE MAY COVER THE KNOWLEDGE  ASPECT OF WHAT WE HAVE BEEN LEARNING; TERMINOLOGY, ANATOMY ETC.

LESSONS NEARLY ALWAYS END WITH SOME FORM OF 'PRESURE TESTING' TO ASSIST WITH RETENTION AND COMPETENCY.
